Unacceptable Sanitation, Dirty Bedding & No Response From Host!Would you stay somewhere where the bedding smelled of body odor and linens appeared contaminated with bodily waste? Unfortunately, that was our experience.Every guest in our group independently reported bedding with a noticeable body odor. The towels also smelled unpleasant. Even worse, a bedspread and towel appeared to have fecal matter and/or urine on them. We documented these conditions with photographs.Additional issues included:Cobwebs, spiders, and ants in the kitchen.No privacy covering on a bathroom window directly facing the toilet.Missing window screens, limiting ventilation.Three lower-level bedrooms that were excessively hot with inadequate airflow.Clean bedding, sanitary towels, and basic comfort are minimum expectations, especially when paying a premium price and substantial cleaning fee.What made this experience even worse? The host’s complete lack of accountability. I contacted the host, detailed the issues, provided photos, and requested a reasonable partial refund. The host never responded.We gave the host an opportunity to address these concerns privately, but our complaint was ignored.Bottom line: We paid a premium price for questionable sanitation, uncomfortable accommodations, and nonexistent customer service. I strongly caution others to think twice before booking this property.

property management was quickly responsive to replacing a TV that wasn’t working. Property is very spacious with 4 floors including a fun game room. Overall a good experience. Could use a little attention to cleanliness in bathrooms (Towels and game room bathtub) We had 6 people and would come back.

It was a beautiful place, and close to downtown. We loved it. The only problem was that several of the room doors did not lock from the inside. Other than that, it was a great experience

Host was amazing

The pictures show a nice property but the property was not as expected.Even though It is a big place that sleeps 14 people; the property is old and very poor maintained.
